Privacy at Feliette
Feliette is a temporary room for two. There is no account, email address, or password — just a random guest session cookie that lets the server recognise your seat.
What the server sees and stores
- The name, built-in avatar and colour you choose.
- Chat messages, drawings, and game and question state for your room.
- Short-lived security records such as rate-limit counters.
This is ordinary server-side data, not end-to-end encrypted. It is kept in memory only while your room exists.
How long it lasts
A room disappears 24 hours after you both leave and never lasts more than 48 hours. Ending a room deletes it immediately. Storage is memory-only, so a server restart can also end a room early; we don't keep backups of rooms.
What we never do
- Record calls, chats or drawings for later.
- Use your messages, names or drawings for analytics or advertising.
- List rooms publicly — they are only reachable with a private invitation link.
Downloads
Drawings and keepsakes you download are your own copies. Deleting the room can't remove files already saved on someone's device.
Invitation links
Anyone holding a valid link can ask for the free seat. Treat it like a key: the host can lock the room, create a new link (which cancels the old one), remove a guest, or end and delete the room.
